Sunglasses over the wall

No idea how these ended up here. The first lookout on Diamond Head Road heading east on Oahu.

Finally the hubcap against a tree

It took a few weeks and I missed the opportunity to get a photo of the first one so here is the next one. The classic hubcap leaning against the tree.

Thrown out the window?

Riding along the Nimitz Highway in Honolulu I spotted this ball lying in the gutter of the road. These are the types of things I wonder about how they ended up there. Thrown out a window, fell of the back of a truck? Who knows. Went past about two hours after this and the ball was flat.

Surfers must be a forgetful bunch

Another piece of lost footwear up at Sunset Beach, Hawaii. Although I have been hanging out at beach areas for a few months now, it seems a lot of stuff is lost or forgotten at the beach.

Half way up the Koko Crater walk

This has to be the weirdest one so far, although I can understand why. It’s about half way up the Koko Head crater walk and the person probably left it there for one of two reasons. Firstly, they were so tired and oxygen starved that they just forgot it, or secondly, it was an extra layer they didn’t need and couldn’t be bothered carrying it any further.

It is a tough walk, although totally worth it on a clear day. Views across Oahu and out to Molokai make it worth every step.
